Lead Writer and Owner
With experience in marketing agencies, small businesses, academia, and publishing, Nichole comes from a writing background that includes many styles and formats, from traditional advertising to infographics to blogs. She specializes in creative copywriting, website writing, blogging, and social media. Nichole holds an M.A. in English from Bowling Green State University and a B.A. in Creative Writing and Spanish from UW-Green Bay. Supporting Writer and Social Media Specialist
Gray is a copywriter who brings over 5 years of experience in web content, advertising, and social media to the Hub. His focus includes nutrition, vitamins and supplements, health and wellness, and hobbies. Gray holds a B.A. in English from Ohio State University.

Emily Kincaid
Supporting Writer and Social Media Strategist, Small Business Owner
Owner of Locals Only Vintage Collective and shop manager of Northern Tide Tattoo in De Pere, Wisconsin, Emily is our go-to for all things small business. She shows us the ropes of social media marketing (she has 4,600 followers and counting), advises on social media graphic design, and gives us insights on what makes small business customers tick. Emily holds a B.A. in English and Spanish from UW-Green Bay and an M.A. in English from Bowling Green State University.

Keisha Vergenz

With a B.A. in English and creative writing and experience in literary publishing, Keisha makes sure our content is in tip-top shape, whether it’s finding just the right word, trimming down verbose sentences, or catching the awkward autocorrect. Keisha also has experience in retail, small business, and sales, helping keep our writing rooted in driving action.
